Track
Phase 1:
4 x 400 @ 80 sec with 60 sec stationary rest
3 sets of: 10 push ups, 10 crunches, 10 jumping jacks and 7 squats .
Phase 2:
4 x 400 @ 77 sec with 75 sec stationary rest
3 sets of: 10 push ups, 10 crunches, 10 jumping jacks and 7 squats .
Phase 3:
4 x 400 @ 74-75 or tad quicker with 90 sec stationary rest
3 sets: 10 push ups, 10 crunches, 10 jumping jacks and 7 squat
