Good run. Cold outside, but not too bad. Moved well, and kept up a pretty consistent pace throughout. Pushed it a little more in the last couple minutes to get negative splits, but really ran pretty much even splits other than the finish part. Physically, felt good. Splits: 19:25.43 out (7:46 pace for 2.5 miles), 19:10.89 in (7:40 pace for 2.5 miles).
