Matt said this workout would not be easy, but it felt like it was. In the first five, I was ahead of pace at the 400, so I just backed off for the second 400. The last one, I just let it go a little in the first 400 with a 77, and I kept it up over the next 400.

Ran this one in flats. Nice weather: cloudy, and cooler than the past few days. There was some wind.
