Wooohooo! Great run today - felt good doing it, felt good afterwards - I even felt good in the COLD shower ;)
Added half a mile onto my usual run, still kept a great pace and was even able to sprint after Vikki as she finished her run (she had done five fast miles though....but then she is half my age...)
