Stayed inside today and did a mini-interval set on the TM. warmed up with 1 mile, and then did 0.5 increments at 5mph with 4.3mph recovery for 0.4 - approximately. Again, hate TM because I think the distance is wrong. Told me I logged 3.0 miles in approx 39 or 40minutes - thats crazy slow and i was defiintely booking it most of the time. So I wont log a time.....No knee pain though, it went pretty well actually. Worked up a good sweat!
