Notes

Day 1 of BFL. Started with upper body exercises. Not too bad overall. Started with minimum weights on all exercises - 5lbs. We'll see how I feel in two days when the hurt kicks in. Need to research alot more exercises I can do at home with my limited equipt. But I'm not worried, as long as you work them, they will come right?! I have a feelign shoulders are going to be the worst pain-wise, I mightve over done them a little bit
