Quarter interval increase result - I didnt up the tempo every quarter mile like last time because I didnt want to burn myself out early in the game again. Instead, I fast walked the first quarter, and then slow jogged the next half, ended with a faster jog for the last quarter. Rested for 3 minutes while i grabbed some water and then hopped back on the TM to start my mile test.
