I rocked the shit out of this one! Started the first 0.5 at a good clip and then steadily increased the speed as the test wore on. By the end, I was running at 7.5mph! I feel like I did an awesome job and hopefully I can top this one by a little bit next week. So happy that this went better than last week's. I can assume now that my maxHR is officially 194bpms :)
