hips tight and sore. Quads very sore. Didn't feel like i'd had much recovery since Sunday a.m. The first mile or so was very, very tough, at a 9 minute per mile pace, but the last 3 miles were at about 7:45 pace. Total time for the 6 miles was 47:58. I ran 6 strides when the run was over. The first two were difficult because I was so tight. The last 2 were pretty fast-paced. I was beat when I got to the car.
