Notes
I didn't know how far you intended me to run but yesterday was "shorter" than for many people running their last long runs. Today, after I ran 5.5 and got back to the car, I felt terrific and decided to go an extra 2.5 with a couple guys from the Sunday group. Legs felt great. The last 2 miles were a pretty solid pace. I feel as though I am close to getting back into decent half marathon shape. Doctor appt. tomorrow. I don't expect any information but will update.
