Notes

11 mile workout which ended up being broken into two parts. First 7.5 miles were at a very relaxed pace, probably in the 8:30 range. Last 3.5 was at a quicker pace, probably in the 7:30 range. The only problem was the 12 minute stop at mile 7.5. It took too long for everyone to get going again. Ill keep running in the future during the breaks as I get too stiff when I stand for that long.
