Notes

Vandy track workout, 4 x 1 mile (.25) plus 1.5 mile warm-up, .375 strides, .75 cool-down. I don't recall the exact paces but think they were all in the 6:55 to 7:20 pace range. First two were a little too slow. The 3rd one was perfect. The 4th slightly fast. Could have done another mile interval had it been part of the training but still felt the workout as it had been 5 weeks since I had done a track workout.
