All-in-all a great run. It was a beautiful night for running. I felt great, but my legs seemed a little dead and lacked spring. My pace was a little slower than normal, but I liked where my effort was. Very comfortable. I need to make sure that I do my running workouts before any strength training, as I'm sure that's why my legs were a little tired. I thought the strides went well and I was in control and kept my form pretty well.
