Notes
I didn't do much prep for this, other than not running the last two days. Wanted this to have easy but fast feel, which I didn't accomplish at the Thunder Run. This did feel good; light on my feet, hills challenging but not bad, and I really booked it going down hills. Near mile 4 I realized I need more O2, so switched to 2-2 cadence. That seemed to be all I needed. Pretty strong finish. Got TShirt as award. :)
Age-graded results: 46th place, Performance Factor: 70.26 (Regional Class)
