Notes
I planned this as a recovery run, but hadn't realized how much recovery I needed. I felt really stiff; not sore per se, but stiff. I was slow, and the run seemed interminable. Good thing it was a nice morning.
Beautiful full moon in the west, beautiful falling star in the east.
