Four laps. This felt very good, and I almost gave it a nine-star rating, but the pace was even slower than the previous BF run, so it's only eight. One sore spot on my right little toe next day, but feet in general are doing fine.
Update: Realized I miscalculated the mileage. 4 laps * .38 miles + .06 miles from the front door and back = 1.58 miles. Great pace. Changed quality back to 9.
