What a difference a day makes! Yesterday's run was brutal in comparison. The heat index had a lot to do with it, but my body was happier this morning as well. My feet felt better, too, and the concrete sections that had felt really sharp earlier just felt textur-y. My form felt good, and my legs felt pretty strong.
