Notes
I didn't have a lot of energy, but the run was going okay; then, around mile 4.5, as I was congratulating myself for being able to run injury-free, my left knee started playing tricks on me. Not saying it was pain, but not saying it wasn't. Not sure what it was. Tried running through it, tried walking it out, tried HTFU. The latter seemed to be the best option. Finished the run well enough, then still felt some knee weirdness riding to work.
Venus was very bright. I failed at identifying any other constellations. Either my mental acuity was down, or they weren't particularly noteworthy, or I didn't care.
