Time to do a trail run again. Stopped numerous times to look and listen and photograph. Noticed the aroma of fallen locust pods. Still feeling the crud, but running makes me feel better. Passed a volunteer doing trail maintenance and thanked him for his work. In return, he gave me a handful of rocks and told me to drop them in the muddy spot around the bend.
