Still feeling yucky, but felt much better after the run. An owl was talking to me at N end of BW. Not many runners. Guy on bike pulled out right in front of me near Van Dorn, rode very slowly in front of me for 200 yds, then pulled off and waited as I passed. Wonder if I should have reported him, but it wasn't an option. Run otherwise was nice.
