Notes
A surprisingly nice morning for a run. Wind was minimal, and I was comfortable, temperature-wise. There were several patches of lumpy ice that required me to walk gingerly. Rising moon and Venus were beautiful.
Ankle was about the same, after a day of rest. Still worrisome, but not really affecting my running so far. Arm felt fine today. Knees felt okay, legs feel great. The run was not very tiring. This is now a medium, not a long run.
