Based on how I was feeling yesterday, this seemed like a good time to do a tempo run. I was right; this felt great. I was robbed of my sub-1:00 sub-9:00 run by a long wait for traffic at Normal. A little disheartened to think that this still a minute slower than my goal HM pace.
Heavy fog. Nearly ran into man with dog. Surprised to encounter two groups of women.
