Not a lot to report. There were thumbles of runder in the south, but it was good running weather. I felt good; not spectacular, but no complaints. PTT is practically a non-issue, except for an occasional twinge while running and between runs. I'm finding that I'm beginning to appreciate hills such as the 27th street bridge. I feel like they make me tougher. What helps me the most, though, is staying relaxed. When I succeed, my pace is better than when I run hard.
