Notes
My first barefoot mile!! :-D
I had been preparing well enough that I had plenty of confidence I could do this. The feet felt tine throughout. Knees were okay, and perhaps telling the feet how to adapt. I went into what I felt was a brisker than usual cadence and kept it up. No problem rounding the corner for the third lap.
Post-run, felt great, next morning felt great, and ran ten miles (shod, of course).
