An inch of new snow. I scooped it before we ran. Sage was pretty happy taking snow baths as I scooped...then we ran, and running on top of snow was a lot better than on ice. Although cold, it was absolutely calm, and we didn't feel cold. A large team of workers was scooping the Bryan walks by hand; likewise for the school, so we didn't have the noise of snowblowers. Some of our route had been scraped and part had the inch of snow.
