This seemed fairly hard for the first mile or two, but ended up getting Quality 9 due to how I feel at the end, and the unexpectedly fast pace. Maybe a bit farther and faster than it should have been for a taper period. I'll do better in the next week and a half, promise. Maybe.
Didn't tape my toes. Didn't have a bit of trouble with them. Is it better to not tape them? For a whole marathon?
