This was a repeat of the second half of the Harvest Moon Hustle, so the familiarity helped, I guess. It was hard, though, partly because of that nasty gravel, and maybe the full stomach (. The part coming through Springfield seemed long. At least got sub-9 pace. The book says this was 2.7 miles.
Working on staying hydrated. After race, I counted at least eight 16 ounce H2O bottles emptied by me. More at the post-race.
