Notes
Proud of this pace for my 3rd leg. Kept my pace strong and steady, and passed and encouraged a number of runners; got passed by a couple, too. This includes our triumphant team finish, in which I kinda forgot to slow down for the slower team members. Fabulous cheering section with DW, DD, SIL, DGD, and DGD.
The book says 4.1 plus 0.3 miles.
Team finish time: 11:36, 8:55 pace.
After party had team picture, and pulled pork meal and mango beer with DW. Stayed with David while he ate his sandwich, and walked with him to the van/my car.
