Don't let the slow pace mislead you. It was an awesome run. 32F is the perfect temperature. Wore my studded shoes 'cause I left my others at the gym. Turned out, this was a good thing. There was quite a bit more snow and ice than I expected. Running gingerly on the snow, and some traffic stops account for the slow pace, but I didn't mind at all. Even had to run through a pretty deep puddle under 70th street. Clearly, this is a case of cabin fever.
