I begged for the car so I could get in a longish midweek run. Rough-planned this course just before bed, and wasn't at all sure of the distance. Anyway, I got up pretty promptly at 5, after a short (6.5 hour) sleep and got off. Ankle felt very good. :) I didn't exactly feel light on my feet, but felt strong enough throughout. I was excited to be taking a new route. I was shocked how few other runners I saw, though. People, don't you know there's a marathon coming?
