Notes
A beautiful, crepuscular run. Started out in daylight, turned around to see crescent moon and Venus. Legs felt great; even knees felt good. Kept it relaxed, and resumed extending stride - it shows in my pace. There were a few niggling issues that lasted for only a few hundred feet: tendon in my right foot, mild threat of small cramp in right hamstring, return of side stitch by Madonna. Ran through them without problem. Happy.
