Notes
Starting the State Farm taper week.
There was a brisk, crisp northwest wind. Made this a very easy run, with attention to my knees a priority. The knees didn't feel too dodgy; the left knee has been more so between runs, especially at night. There's pain while in bed and the knee is bent; I need to straighten it so I can sleep. It pops while straightening, too. Back to the run: At this pace, I had no need to stop for air. I estimate 90 seconds at traffic lights.
After run, I do feel knee tightness, and took an aspirin to reduce inflammation.
