Notes
Woke up sleepy, dopey, grumpy, and somewhat sneezy. Eventually got myself out the door, and the running felt okay but, let's say, unmotivated. Finally, at the turnaround I took on some life, and ran the rest of the way like a real runner.
This was a later run than usual because I decided to drive today - forecast looked iffy for biking.
