Notes
My plan was for twelve miles yesterday. My subconscious had a different plan, and that led me to laze around while the temperature dropped from 47F to 30F, with brutal wind. I think my hurting ankle wanted a day off, so that's what I did. Heel also hurts. Gotta have legs for the dance showcase this afternoon.
Today, it still hurts, but not as badly, and it seems to be better post run. It was right chilly out there. Time better than I expected again. That tends to happen in the daytime.
