Last run before Havelock. I pushed myself on this, wanting to get back into a decent pace. I apparently succeeded. I did feel winded as I was running, and walked to turn some corners; also had short stops for traffic and to talk to Margie. Back still felt a little stiff, and even threatened spasms, but I held them off.
