Notes
When the alarm went off, I had to do a fair amount of negotiating to persuade myself to get out of bed. Still suffering from a cold, and woke up several times with my nose running (but not the rest of me). Told myself that I would feel better, not worse, if I ran. I guess the compromise was to not do the full 6.5 miles.
Bright full moon - I was casting a clear shadow. Feet and legs felt good, and weather was nice. If anything, I was overdressed, in my long sleeve T, tights, and PI jacket. Not badly so, though. I was feeling good enough that I was wishing I had the time to do the whole 6.5.
When I finished, my pace proved to be faster than I expected. I guess the run went well. Oh, and by the end of the run, I had forgotten that I had a cold.
I'm feeling pretty comfortable in my VFFs.
