Notes
I was planning on running today until I didn't feel great in the morning and Naomi was concerned. I felt better in the afternoon and decided to run with Nessa. She was quite eager to run for a 1/2 mile or so, which she isn't always. The next half mile was pretty normal, then she really just wanted to sniff smells the final 1/2 mile.
A few more miles for me then 4 strides.
