Enough of the soft stuff, I can't forget to run faster than 8min per mile. Today my first 4 miles were basically 9min, 8, 7, and 6. After that I was comfortably at 7:20 for the 5th mile and the final mile was 8:00... Ok, so maybe the GPS isn't too accurate near the cabin. I felt good. Finished with 3 bounds.
