After running on some soccer fields with Sutton on Friday, I got the urge to do some barefoot running. I haven't done much since school started at the track I've been using for barefoot. And after delaying my workout by a day, this seemed like a great choice (lovely dreary weather made it even better).
Amazing how much easier barefoot running feels, not that I was going fast. This is how I should be doing recovery days.
