My stomach remains off but I still opted for a workout. I'm trying not to allow myself to be scared to run. The bigger problem was I couldn't settle on a workout and wavered often until right before the run. I finally chose a structured fartlek of 1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1 min with equal rest. I didn't have any set paces, just maybe mile/stride for 1min and tempo or slower for the 3 min.

Everything felt pretty good (55 degrees doesn't hurt) and the paces even looked halfway decent.
