Notes

Bike ride with Naomi. I was feeling tired beforehand and suggested 15-20 miles. But we got 10 in quickly and it was only 5 more to the next town with a winery. There, we needed to hike up the bluff and I found out how fatigued I was. My quads were not happy. But we made it to the top, had a beer, and a great view over the Missouri. The hour break didn't really help the legs as now they felt beer-heavy. I ate both the bars that I'd brought but still the 15 miles home were just a grind. A long bonk, though it wasn't much slower than before.

First concern was AFib, but that was negative. Next concern was Lyme's, but no bullseye and I seemed to regain my strength the next day. So I guess I was just still recovering from Friday and didn't bring enough water and food?
