Weird, sort of dumb run. I decided I wanted to go barefoot so I ran to the trails in shoes, then went barefoot for 2-3 miles. I was feeling great until some rougher parts of the trail when I stepped on a walnut. I could still run fine but decided to stop risking it and jumped onto the bike path for a little while. At this point I was near the beach so I decided I'd take a break, jump in the water, tread for a bit, dry off in the sun, then eventually continued on the run. Going back was much slower as I was uneasy now about my foot (which was starting to swell). Got back fine and probably will keep my shoes on for a few days now.

Though I haven't documented biking as thoroughly as running, I'm pretty sure this is my highest bike mileage + run mileage week ever.
