Notes

Wasn't really planning on a long run but wanted to run with Katie and run with that trail running group. Ran nearly 5 miles with Katie then got her to join me for 7 more with the group. Again had fun taking it easy and finding new trails. Feet may not enjoy the slow pace as much as the rest of my legs, and I won't appreciate the stops once I get more serious about long runs.
