Notes
After 5 morning runs, my body is actually getting up before my alarm goes off. While it is great to not get the shock of an alarm, I fear for my (already sub-par) ability to sleep in this weekend. I also wasn't as concerned about when I got to work today so I made it a slightly longer run. And with my workouts done and my mileage almost done for the week, I decided I'd venture away from my flat morning route and run more hills today. Not to mention it was perfect weather for a run.
That seemed like a lot of rambling without talking about the run - er, I felt good and finished with some cemetary running.
