Actually got into the Dome today, though it looks like they were setting up for a meet (probably Dickenson Relays, a high school meet). I probably could have used the whole track but I was just doing a glorifed stride workout so I strided the straightaways and then looped around to the same straightaway to start again. 20 x ~70m strides, starting one every 30-40sec. Finished with 2 dead-sprints just for the heck of it.
Probably the best I've felt for a track workout this year, partly because I haven't had a track workout in awhile nor running too many miles. But I also liked not running the curves as much.
