Notes
A warmer morning, though I started out colder as there was unexpected wind. I took to the bike path from downtown and it had no lights. Apparently I haven't been running consistently before 7 as I'm still somewhat surprised when I get outside and realize that I probably need a headlamp. There was enough city lights to haze the way and I never felt dangerous, but it was not optimal.
I ran across the marsh and then looped back a different way to grab a bathroom. Then past the college and into downtown and along the river. 6 strides.
