Wedding Day Run!
With Drew, Hazard, Rebel, Emma, Siafu, and Formal. We started at Lower Hixon and my plan was to get to the lookout on top of the bluff. At the last minute, I remembered to grab my phone. It isn't a complicated route to the top, but I didn't want to drop anyone. Thankfully, I think I found the right pace where it wasn't too hard for some or too slow for others. Mostly chatted with Rebel and Emma at the front and sometimes Drew (after this and bachelor party weekend, I'm looking forward to not being forced to the front next time). Pictures at the top then looped around and back down (though not after a little more uphill, to everyone's chagrin).
I would have liked closer to an hour, but the drive and pictures took some time and I didn't want to be hurried this morning. Great morning with people I've known for many many years.
