Notes
A sure-fire way to make sure I have a good run is going to Sycamore Trails and running easy. Add that to the cool, overcast weather, and it was delightful. I saw a few more people than usual including a father-son duo with the kid being amazed at seeing me multiple times.
Always good to have a nice rebound run after a complete failure. A good race on Friday will be the only way to get confident again, but today gave me plenty of resolve to figure this out (again?). I think my diet is going to be very basic going into this next race.
Post-script: Hey! At least this was my biggest mileage week since being healthy this spring. Even if it took me 7 runs, it's something.
