I figured I should do 1 workout this week. I didn't think I was really up for one yet so I didn't expect much.
3xmile @ ?
1) Started at tempo, felt good in 5:52.
2) Picked it up, still pretty good, though lost focus a few times and slowed, 5:36.
3) Trying to go faster, ran 5:24 but just wasn't up for another mile afterwards.
So I got about what I expected. Moving on.
