Just me and Helix and just Morgan Creek, we never left the boundaries. The temps are warmer for a bit and it was a nice day to be out (many others thought the same). I felt winded at first but fell into a rhythm eventually. Helix dropped a little after 5 and I went on. 5 hill sprints.
